Susan is a associate member of Australian College of Natural and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM), Member of Professional Chemists of Australia (PCCA), member of Pharmaceutical Society of Australia (PSA).
Susan maintains continuous training and educational programs with ACNEM, PCCA, PSA, Mindd Foundation, Metagenics and other natural health and scientific cosmetic conferences. Susan works closely with many health care professionals and builds a close relationship with Doctors and patients to provide unique solutions to medical health problems.
Susan won the North Queensland Medal for Innovation awarded by The Australian Institute of Management, in 2008. The institute recognised Susan’s innovative approach to integrative and holistic management of patient health, achieving optimal outcome.
The awards have been recognising inspirational as well as passionate and talented business managers who are making valuable contribution to their profession & the community.
Susan was the recipient of the Medal of Excellence in innovative Pharmacy Practice from Sydney University’s Pharmacy Practice Foundation in 2004.
Susan was awarded this medal for modern compounding techniques and in developing among other things, Neesà skincare products. Susan had set up the first compounding practice in North Queensland, started running health related seminars and making valuable contributions to the profession and the community.
Susan was the winner of the Bendigo Bank Townsville Business Woman of the year award in 2003.
The judges had selected four finalists from among 86 nominees, and were impressed by Susan’s willingness to seize opportunities and embrace the challenges, forging ahead to follow her passion.
